School Leaders (Principals and Vice-Principals) play a crucial role in implementing professional growth, supervision, and evaluation processes to ensure that all teachers meet the Teaching Quality Standard. They provide guidance and support to teachers, helping them to reflect on their practices, set goals, and engage in meaningful professional development.
